Tradu/izioni d’Eurasia at MAO Asian Art Museum

Two priceless ceramic from Palazzo Madama enriched MAO's display for the exhibition "Tradu/izioni d’Eurasia. Liquid frontiers and worlds in connection. Two thousand years of visual and material culture between the Mediterranean and Eastern Asia", from 5 October 2023 to April 7, 2024.

The works are:

• Flask (moon-flask) Jingdezhen (China), Ming dynasty, Yongle period, early 15th century, Porcelain, h 30 cm, inv. 3681/C
• Iran, Bowl decorated in monochrome cobalt "Chinese style", porcelain, 16th century, inv. 2789/C
